STRESS BUSTERS!!!

Hi!!! Friends. I hope you all are doing well. Well my new blog is relatively different from my earlier topics. After writing about Indian Culture I thought why not to write something on one common problem we all are facing i.e. STRESS. Don’t worry I am not a Psychiatrist to brief you about different causes of Stress and how to overcome them. I am just listing few Stress busters commonly used with few personal examples.

Well living in city like Mumbai, whether you agree or not you are prone to Stress. To get up early in the morning, to catch that 8:26 Churchgate fast everyday is quiet a task. And once you reached your workplace Iron on your clothes is completely vanished. To make matters worse a new demon called “Recession” has been staying in our country for quite a few months. So insecurity of Job adds more stress to our already stressful life. But as I told earlier I am not getting into main reason for stress. I am just listing out few Stress Busters. Here is the list of some commonly used stress busters:-

1) Well for a College Guy a “Stress Buster” can be to bunk a Mr.Mathur’s boring Maths lecture and to go out with Friends for a cool movie or to some happening Pub or Resto.

2) Best Stress Buster for all Indian housewives is to sit in front of Idiot Box and to watch “Saas-Bahu” daily shops.

3) For all workaholics after working MON-SAT “9 to 9” the best stress buster is to lay on bed whole Sunday and again get ready for another stressful week.

4) Few people make it a point to visit the nearest Beer-Bar after office to relieve their stress.2 bottles of “KingFisher” strong with “Chicken Lolipop” can take you

Into heaven just for a while (My Experience).

5) For young Gals Shopping mostly window shopping with their Boy Friends or Mother can be a great stress reliever.

6) Week-End trips, trekking, visiting places of worship can also relieve your stress to a certain extent.

As far as I am concerned Watching “Team India” cricket match Live on T.V after hectic day in office can really be a soothing stress buster. Working out with your friends in a nearby Gym followed by few rounds of Jogging can really help your mental as well as physical health. But for me the best stress buster is to play with a 6 month old baby who stays next-door. Her million dollar smile which she flashes on me relieves all my stress.

Well guys thank you for your time for reading my blog. Please keep posting your comments which will help me in improving my language and other aspects. Have a nice time.

"Hindustan" To "India"

After more than 60 years of Independence we r again heading towards "Westernized Rule".I know
in last 60 years our country has prosper a lot, we have made quite a nice impact on global Economy.Per Capita Income has increased Today our Professionals can give competition to any other country in the world in terms of I.T, Sports.etc.
But as there are negatives to each and every positive I think we r losing on our strong Indian Culture. You can say that I m being a hyprocite but than u can't ignore the facts. Why the earth we take each and every thing from the west? why dont we create our own identity?I m not talking about "Tabilanization" of India but we should still follow our culture.I agree today dressing sense have changed a lot. I agree that I too wear western dresses as it is a need of the hour. But some of the dresses girls wear today are really pathetic.I guess why the hell they wear it?
B.P.O and CallCenters are being a life line of lot of metros.Lot of people have benefited from it.But the irony is that they r spoiling our culture. If u go around "Mind Space" Malad which is the hub of BPO's in mumbai u will spot lot of gals smoking cigarrates. The language they use really sucks.I know it is just done coz style. I have even heard in lot of BPO's we can't communicate with our fellow employees in either Hindi or Marathi which I think is ridiculous. If they are setting there co's here they should follow our culture.
Finally now a days it has become a trend to Celebrate "Western Days" like "Valentine Day" and "FriendShip Day" in India.Lot of political parties are against these valentine day which I think is absolutely correct. On valentine Day lot of teen-age gals get pregrant.FriendShip Day was a good concept to start with. But now it's also going on lines with Valentine Day.There r so many festivals in India to Celebrate like "Diwali", "Dussera", "Holi", "Ganapati", "Eid".etc.I just
wanna know how many people especially between age group of 15 to 30 celebrate this festivals?
To end with I just wanna say our country which was proudly known as "Bharat" or "Hindustan" because of our Culture is slowly heading towards westernized "INDIA". If this continious after 10 years we will have a mother teaching her daughter how to smoke a cigarrate.
So this should be stopped.

Happy Birthday Udhavji!!!

Today is UdhavJi's Birthday. I think he is future of Politics in Maharashtra. When he was given the top post in ShivSena by Balasaheb Thackerey few elbows were raised.Every ShivSainik including myself taught Balasaheb had made a blunder by giving the top post to Uddhavji and ignoring his nephew Raj.After Narayan Rane and Raj Thackerey left the Sena everyone was sure Sena was nearing its end.
When Raj forming M.N.S, and his party getting supporters from lot of Maharashtrians I was seriously thinking that Sena was nearing it's end. With Balasaheb becoming old and no top leaders looking active and with growing popularity of Raj I thought it was a going to be an era of new evolution in politcs of Maharashtra.
But Uddhavji proved everyone wrong by winning BMC elections and few of his decisions were really bold and strange. After losing BMC elections Raj started campaigning for marathi manus by beating up U.P ieties and Biharis and became a hero among Marathi youth. At the same time Uddhavsaheb were travelling all around Maharashtra and were looking into more serious issues like Farmers Sucide.etc.
Raj's Stunts enable him a few votes in Loksabha elections especially in Mumbai. But when we compare the full picture of Maharashtra, Sena fared pretty well. After bearing and supporting Raj for more than a year every Marathi Manus has come to know that he is just a "clown hired by Congres" to split Marathi Votes which he did successfully in this year's Loksabha elections. But now Marathi Manus has realised his mistake and he knows that only saviour of "Marathi Manus" is ShivSena.
Two protests by shivsena in past few months one against "Reliance Energy" and second against "MMRDA" have been very successful.People have come to know that ShivSena is the only party who is really looking for development of Maharashtra. With Udhavji's leadership Sena has found a new life and I m dam sure that Sena is going to win vidhansabha elections quite easily.
To end it all Many Many Happy Returns of the Day to UdhavJi and best of luck for his future political career.
